By signing below, the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions of the Elite Nano Ceramic Warranty:

Coverage Details:

  1. 5-Year Shine Warranty: Ensures vehicle maintain their shine for five years, provided proper care and maintenance are observed.

Maintenance Requirements:

  1. Proper care and maintenance are essential for the validity of the 5-Year Shine Warranty.

  2. Lack of proper vehicle maintenance will void the warranty.

  3. Vehicle must be cleaned at least twice a year by a certified detail shop or car wash.

Repair Coverage:

  1. Elite Nano Ceramic provides exterior surface protection against weather-induced fading, loss of gloss, hard water etching,

    industrial fallout, bird waste, acid rain, tree sap, oxidation, insects, road salt, de-icing agents, sand abrasion, and accidental paint overspray

  2. Elite Nano Ceramic interior protection resists common stains, fading, cracking, odors, and minor damage, including food and drink

    spills, oil-based stains, inks and dyes, pet-related stains, mold and mildew odors, and leather or vinyl punctures under 1/4 inch and tears under 1 inch.

  3. Once repaired, Elite Nano Ceramic will be reapplied to the repaired area and restore its shine.

Claim Limitations:

  1. Coverage applies only to eligible, warrantable conditions as outlined above.

  2. All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by Elite Nano Ceramic.

  3. Elite Nano Ceramic reserves the right to repair, reapply, or retreat affected areas at its discretion.

  4. This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, loss of use, or labor beyond warranty service.

Registration Requirements:

This warranty is only valid if the vehicle is registered and the warranty is active.

  • All vehicles must be registered at:

  • Registration must be completed within the required timeframe following application.

  • Proof of professional maintenance may be required at the time of claim.

Failure to register the vehicle will render the warranty null and void.

Agreement and Acceptance: By signing this Agreement, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to adhere to the terms and conditions set forth. Failure to comply with any of the stipulations will result in the voiding of the warranty coverage. Elite Nano Ceramic reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
