Elite Nano Ceramic provides comprehensive vehicle surface protection, including a 5-Year Shine Warranty, subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations outlined below. Please read this disclaimer carefully to understand the scope and requirements of your coverage.

Coverage Details

5-Year Shine Warranty
Elite Nano Ceramic guarantees that treated exterior surfaces will maintain enhanced gloss, shine, and protective properties for a period of five (5) years, provided all required care, maintenance, and registration guidelines are strictly followed.

Exterior Protection Coverage

When properly applied and maintained, Elite Nano Ceramic is designed to protect vehicle exterior surfaces against:

  • Weather-Induced Fading

  • Loss of Gloss

  • Hard Water Etching

  • Industrial Fallout

  • Bird Waste

  • Acid Rain

  • Tree Sap

  • Oxidation

  • Insects

  • Road Salt

  • De-Icing Agents

  • Sand Abrasion

  • Accidental Paint Overspray

Interior Protection Coverage

When properly applied and maintained, Elite Nano Ceramic interior protection is designed to protect against:

  • Food & Drink Stains

  • Oil-Based Stains

  • Fading

  • Cracking

  • Chewing Gum

  • Inks & Dyes (including clothing dyes)

  • Lipstick & Makeup

  • Crayons

  • Pet Urine & Vomit Stains

  • Blood

  • Odors from Mold and Mildew resulting from food or drink spills

Additional interior coverage includes:

  • Leather/Vinyl punctures less than 1/4 inch

  • Leather/Vinyl tears less than 1 inch

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Neglect, abuse, or improper care

  • Failure to meet required maintenance standards

  • Accidents, collisions, vandalism, or misuse

  • Pre-existing damage or defects

  • Normal wear and tear beyond the intended scope of protection

Elite Nano Ceramic reserves the right to deny claims where improper maintenance or neglect is evident.

Maintenance Requirements

Proper care and maintenance are mandatory to maintain warranty eligibility.

  • The vehicle must be professionally washed and/or detailed at least two (2) times per year by a certified detailing service.

  • Use of harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or improper washing techniques may void the warranty.

  • Failure to comply with maintenance requirements will result in immediate voiding of warranty coverage.

Claim Limitations

  • Coverage applies only to eligible, warrantable conditions as outlined above.

  • All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by Elite Nano Ceramic.

  • Elite Nano Ceramic reserves the right to repair, reapply, or retreat affected areas at its discretion.

  • This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, loss of use, or labor beyond warranty service.

Registration Requirements

This warranty is only valid if the vehicle is registered and the warranty is active.

  • All vehicles must be registered at:

  • Registration must be completed within the required timeframe following application.

  • Proof of professional maintenance may be required at the time of claim.

Failure to register the vehicle will render the warranty null and void.

By purchasing Elite Nano Ceramic protection, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions contained in this warranty disclaimer. Failure to comply with any requirement—including registration, maintenance, or claim conditions—will result in the termination of warranty coverage.
